Gingerbread Truffles

These no-bake ginger truffles have all the richness of a ginger cookie, without the need to turn on your oven. These easily double as an energy ball with an all natural ingredients list of tahini, oat, date, and spices.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 cup oat flour
- ¼ cup D'vash date syrup
- 1 ½ tsp ginger spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- ⅛ tsp salt
Roll in:
- 2 tbsp D'vash date sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Recipe:
- To a mixing bowl add: tahini, oat flour, date syrup, ginger spice, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- Mix everything together really well, forming a dough.
- To a small bowl add date sugar and cinnamon, mixing to combine.
- Roll your dough into 12 balls and drop each one into the date sugar/cinnamon mix, coating each one.
- Place in a tightly sealed container until ready to eat!
*For tastiest results, keep the truffles refrigerated until ready to eat*
