Pecan Pie Bliss Balls

We love bliss balls. They are easy to make, fun to eat, and a great snack to always have in the fridge. They're such a versatile treat that can be made in so many different ways!
These Pecan Pie Bliss Balls are sweetened with dates and have only five ingredients. They basically taste like bite sized pecan pies, just without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 8 D'vash dates
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Soak dates in some hot water for five minutes
2. Remove the pits from softened dates
3. Add dates, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms
4. Roll into balls
5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before diving in
These babies will store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days - if they last that long!
